Kaitlyn Salisbury is a Rhode Island native, professional dancer, choreographer, and educator. She began her dance training at Atwood Performing Arts Center, The Gold School, and Festival Ballet Providence before earning her BFA in Dance from Marymount Manhattan College in 2012.

​

Kaitlyn currently serves as a Rehearsal Choreographer and Installer with Royal Caribbean. Before transitioning into her current role, she spent five years performing as a dancer and aerialist aboard Quantum of the Seas, Spectrum of the Seas, and Odyssey of the Seas. Her additional performance credits include Principal Dancer with Arch Contemporary Ballet under the direction of Sheena Annalise, as well as work with Synthesis Dance Project, Mystic India: The World Tour, and XY Dance Project.

Kaitlyn is the proud Co-Owner of MOVE: The Initiative, which she founded with her close friend and fellow artist, Rory Freeman. Held annually in New England, MOVE was created to bring dancers together in an environment that celebrates training, connection, mentorship, and artistic growth.

 

Kaitlyn is passionate about creating opportunities for dancers at every stage of their journey and is committed to giving back to the community that shaped her. Through MOVE, she is excited to continue inspiring the next generation of dancers while connecting them with current professionals and meaningful experiences within the industry.
